Well I have made it over the "hump" day of the week and have yet to start anything on fire so hopefully I will avoid accidents for the rest of the week : )) Tuesday was a pretty normal day of classes, I can't get enough of the parks around here so I went for another run around the "lake" I showed you pictures of. Classes are going really great! My oral production class is a bit intimidating but I know it is going to only help : ) Here is how class went for me Tuesday.... Our homework was to research the Liberation of Paris and then in class I had to talk (in Spanish of course) about the battle and such and the whole time I am giving my shpeel the teacher is typing away on her computer... Welll lucky for me she was taking notes on all the errors I made and when I was finished we went over all of them on the board as a class! YAYYY! :: )) Actually it is really helpful and the little things that I don;t think about when I speak are picked apart and hopefully I can lose some bad habits! It's so hard because I still think in English but the structure of Spanish is completely opposite so I try to put Spanish words in English structure and it gets ugly! There is nothing like a HUGE piece of "humble pie" every Oral Production class to keep me on my toes with the language : ))
My friend Maria from running club sent me a list of a bunch of Argentine groups and singers and songs of theirs that she thought could help me with my pronunciation, I have a playlist of them on YouTube going as I type this : ) She said, they are all about love and drugs, but you should be able to catch on : ) haha.
Today I didn't have class until 4 (rough life eh? : )) and so Grace and I went to Las Cabritas, a really cool restaurant around the corner, for lunch! It's really incredible how we are able to communicate despite the language barrier, and I am so very blessed to have so a truly genuine and loving mom down here, she has really made it feel like home : ) I ended up staying in the restaurant and doing homework and listening to music for 2 hours or so, I love it because no one down here gives you a second glance, I'm officially running on BA time : ))
Accomplished 10 kilometers with the running club tonight! It's actually pretty nice from me because the transition from Wyoming altitude to sea level is awesome : ) I could run for an hour down here without a problem with my lungs... the problem will quickly arise when I return to the states and try to do my first track work out.. I am just choosing not to think about that for now : )) I will continue to eat empanandas and medialunas like it's my job, thank you very much! Well I guess that's enough minute details about my life for now, sorry for boring you all but thanks for making it to the end of this post! God Bless!

| Coca Cola Light with lemon and ice, Grace's drink of choice so naturally I got the same : ) And two empanadas, I made sure that one was beef, just for you Daddy : ) |
| This is what happened after 2 hours sitting in Las Cabritas, I figured I may as well use the paper table cloth to work on my vocab : ) Look at me thinking "green" : )) |
Only 10k? Lazy!
